Identify the time spent on work, essential tasks & social media, 2- Opt for Single-Screen Focus Resist the temptation to juggle multiple screens simultaneously. Instead of scrolling through your phone while watching TV or working on your computer, prioritize a single-screen focus. 3 - Less Appealing Phones are powerful distractions, often triggering a dopamine response. Diminish the allure by switching your phone to grayscale, lowering brightness, or setting it to silent. 4 - Screen-Free Breaks Incorporate regular screen breaks into your workdays and longer breaks on days off.
