PAHow to Open Your Chakras — But Know, Some Blockages Were Protecting You for a Reason
Opening your chakras is not a peaceful ritual. It’s a confrontation. A peeling back of all the emotional armor you didn’t even realize you were wearing.
Each chakra isn’t just a center of energy — it’s a sealed vault of memory, fear, desire, and truth. And once opened, they don’t whisper. They scream.
Begin with the Root Chakra, at the base of your spine — your survival center. Sit on bare earth. Barefoot. Palms down. Breathe deep and press your hands into the ground. Say aloud:
“I do not rise above fear. I root within it. Let the foundation tremble and hold.”
You may feel a weight, a heat, or a trembling — that’s not imbalance. That’s awareness.
Next, place a hand just below your navel — the Sacral Chakra. The home of pleasure, emotion, and forbidden want.
Whisper:
“What I denied, I now allow. Let the waters rise.” Emotions might rush — sadness, longing, even shame. Let them. Don’t run.
Place two fingers over your solar plexus — the Solar Chakra, just below your ribs. The seat of willpower and ego.
Say:”My fire has not gone out. I claim it. I burn clean.” You might sweat. You might feel rage. That’s your spark returning.
Over your heart, press both hands. The Heart Chakra — love, grief, forgiveness. Say: “I open the gate. Let love come, and let pain leave through the same door.”
Old wounds may resurface. Names you haven’t thought of in years. Don’t flinch.
Touch your throat gently — the Throat Chakra. Speak clearly:
“My voice returns to me. I am done with silence.”
You may cough. You may weep. But you’ll speak.
Between your eyes, rest your thumb — the Third Eye. Intuition. Sight beyond the visible. Whisper:
“I see. Even when I’m afraid of what’s shown.”
You might dream clearer. Hear what isn’t said.
Finally, lift your hands above your head — the Crown Chakra. Say:
“I am not the end of me. I open to what I was before birth.”
And then… be still. For a moment.
Not all chakras open right away. And not all should be opened at once. There is no rush. No perfection. Only layers. And sometimes, what you thought was a blockage… was protection. #rite #ritual #magic
