STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWNS!! Certainly not one of my staple movements but always is an enjoyable exercise to finish of your lats. (Personally I like these in the higher rep range-12 plus reps). But.. If you’re using them to target your lats then I would recommend doing them with a rope so that your arms are tight to your body and you get more range of motion and hit your lats more.
