This split is sort of a mixture between PPL and UL. The Push days have pulling accessories and the pull days have pushing accessories This allows me to go max effort on all of my working sets without pre exhaustion from my previous sets And for the 1000th time.. there is no such thing as a perfect split. Everyone is different and you just have to find what works for you. Also things change, you may get tired of a split 4-6 months in and want to change it. And there’s nothing wrong with that. For my working sets currently I am doing 1 max effort set of 8-10 reps.
