The exercises in the video are done after their previous practice and preparation. There are many reasons for not posting including spending more time with #family in the summer, also I am having a bit of #socialmedia stress 🤪 It’s not because we don’t have enough likes or followers, it’s because it’s the question why should I do it, when people take it for for granted 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve been working for it 37 years…yeah right, how? We don’t create content, we are this content, we have been teaching and practicing baby gymnastics since 1986 in our family and we didn’t have any social media, videos, etc to copy 🤓 Yes, my father had two foreign books to read, but nothing similar that what we do. (I don’t claim that we are the only ones, there are some other similar approaches from all over the world from the same age or older, but we didn’t know that back then). We don’t post our stuff for #likes and #followers , this has been my family’s life since my dad started invent acrobatic elements with my brother since 1986, I was born in 1987 and I totally love it and if my kids enjoy exercising with me then I shall follow my father who started it in Estonia with us. There are so many benefits for doing gymnastics with a baby but of course one must be very careful in the start!
