Cook for 2.5 hours on low heat. 4) once meat is done, take it out and separate the meat from the bones and mash it up on a silvataa/chatoo. 5) cook the mutton broth in a separate pot while adding desi ghee for 15 mins once the gravy is done. 6) Add the daal in the mutton broth/masala and with a beater/grinder, keep on stirring to make the daal consistency mushy. 7) add the mashed up mutton the the daal. Cook for 30 mins. 8) add garam masala, kaali mirch and badayan khatai for scent. Enjoy :)
