Allow me to reintroduce myself… My name is Kat! I am a mom of 2 little kiddos, a wife and a Registered Nurse with a bachelors in Science. I was a competitive rhythmic gymnast when I was younger and was ranked 3rd in the country. After a hip injury the only sport I could do was swimming. I played water polo and did swim team all throughout high school. After high school I joined a gym and started strength training. I was pretty much a gym rat up until I had my 1st baby. After my 1st baby I was stuck at home, feeling out of shape, not feeling strong, with extra baby weight to lose. I hated working out from home prior to having my baby and thought home workouts were not effective. I had no choice and started working out from home 💪🏼. They were usually nap-time workouts and slowly I started to get stronger and more toned. It didn’t happen overnight but with consistency and my clean-eating mindset I saw significant results. I knew there were others like myself that needed help. This is why I started posting my workouts and nutrition tips here, so I could help others like myself that don’t have the time to go to the gym. With just minimal equipment at home and a little space around you, you can have AMAZING workouts that are EFFECTIVE and fun in a short amount of time (20 minutes!). If I can do it, so can YOU!
