Add the cooked ground beef on top. 3.Top with 3 tbsp thick greek yogurt, 2-3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley and mint, a couple squeezes of fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp crumbled feta, 1 tsp red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. 4.Toss everything together really well, and enjoy immediately.
