Make your own Ginger Bug 🫚 The secret ingredient to make natural & healthy sodas 💚 A ginger bug is a simple natural ferment made by letting the lactic acid bacteria naturally present on fresh ginger multiply. By feeding them sugar and creating the right conditions, they become active and bubbly, ready to ferment fruit juices into homemade soda. This is the base for naturally fizzy fruit juices, without additives, artificial carbonation, or industrial processes.
