So I walked away to save my life. That’s the truth. My comeback story has been incredible. After 20+ stem cell procedures, all five discs in my back have regrown and my back is now 100%. My shoulder isn’t perfect, but it’s massively improved and fully functional through years of scar-tissue work. My strength is amazing and I live a completely normal, active life. I’ve made peace with WWE. I’m not blackballed — I simply have no intention of returning. I won’t wrestle again unless I can perform at the level I expect, and my health comes first. If I never wrestle again, this journey has still given me my life back. Wrestlers die younger than any other profession. Getting my health back is the greatest blessing.
