Nobody talks about this stage of life!
The hot flushes, the nights you can’t switch off, the energy dips, the weight gain which literally comes from nowhere, look at how I’ve ballooned😬 the little aches or big in my case, that suddenly feel permanent… and how it all shifts what actually matters.
I’m learning to focus on what makes me feel good instead of what everyone else thinks I should do!
