It lights up pretty much everything: 💪 shoulders & triceps 🍑 glutes & hamstrings 🦵 quads 🔥 deep core How to approach it: • Start with 6–10 controlled reps • Keep the shoulders active and hips lifted in tabletop • Reach the pelvis back without letting it drop • Stay connected through the core the whole time ✨ Quick note: if you’ve got a longer torso or shorter arms, this can feel brutal without support. I work with my clients for weeks or months on the rest of the body before directly targeting the neck. Why? Because often we don’t even have to! After we have built mobility and alignment elsewhere the neck follows and is in more natural alignment. I incorporate sneaky neck work into other exercises with simple “long neck” or “chin back” cues. This simple awareness piece can make a huge difference in our results. 🙌🏼 Next time you catch yourself pushing your chin back, check in with where your rib cage is!
