Focus on progressive overload , that means increasing the load as the reps come down. 3–4 rounds Reps: 12, 10, 8, 6 Go heavier each round Rest: 60 seconds between rounds 1️⃣ Overhead Press 2️⃣ Upright Row 3️⃣ Bent Over Row 4️⃣ Lateral Raise 5️⃣ Triceps Extension 6️⃣ Tricep Kickbacks 7️⃣ Chest Press 8️⃣ Butterfly Sit Ups 9️⃣ Bicep Curls And an important reminder: You can’t “tone” a muscle but this kind of training helps you build muscles to get definition while improving strength, shoulder stability, posture, and long-term function.
