Unless you’re from a Tier-1 college with dream campus placements, your first salary will not look like a luxury package ad. And that’s okay. In my opinion, if you’re making ₹30,000 a month or more as a fresher, that’s already a great start especially if your college doesn’t have placement support. You’ll grow, but first you need to start. Please don’t get stuck waiting for that one dream role while rejecting everything else or wasting years on courses after courses. Here are 7 non-coding jobs you can actually aim for, all of which can grow into high-paying careers: 🛒 Product Marketing Analyst: Plan launches, positioning, and campaigns for products. 🏦 Relationship Executive zero coding required, and commissions/bonuses can take your earnings way above your base salary. 📢 Digital Marketing Specialist Run ads, manage social media, work with SEO/SEM; brands will pay you well if you can bring results. 💼 Quality Assurance Engineer Test software, find bugs, make sure products work before they reach customers. It’s problem-solving without coding. 📊 Business Analyst – Bridge between business teams and tech teams. You understand requirements, document processes, and suggest improvements. 👥 HR Specialist – Handle recruitment, training, and employee engagement. A people-focused role that grows into HR leadership. ✈️ Customer Success Manager Build relationships with clients, ensure they get value from the product, and keep them renewing contracts. The point is- any start is a good start.
