My gut health journey with @theronomic !!! 🙏💚 I started my gut health journey with @theronomic and their Tribiotic with the star ingredient Akkermansia also know as AKK, 6 weeks ago and here is my first update. It has been amazing. I am definitely less bloated even after eating foods that I am a little bit intolerant to or that usually make me bloat. My digestion is much better and easier and I don’t feel heaviness in my stomach. I am more regular even while traveling or stressful periods in my life. My blood sugar levels are definitely more steady. All of this even while traveling and being really busy and having a very unpredictable work schedule. Can’t wait for the rest of my @theronomic Tribiotic journey. I am very impressed so far. Hope you get to give it a go.
