I’ve made this five times in the past week… and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Getting enough protein in is one of the simplest ways to support: • blood sugar balance • energy + focus • muscle + metabolism • feeling full and satisfied after meals And this is one of the easiest ways I’ve been doing it lately. It’s crispy, salty, super simple and honestly feels like a snack, not “trying to hit protein.” Save this one, you’ll want it on repeat! RECIPE: 10oz cottage cheese Everything but the bagel seasoning 1. Spread cottage cheese in circular mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2. Sprinkle generously with everything seasoning. 3. Bake at 350°F for 35–50 minutes, until golden and crispy. (Cook times significantly vary based on oven temperatures, turn up oven or let cook for longer as needed). 4. Optional: around 10 minutes in, soak up extra moisture with a paper towel (if you want it more chewy then soak up moisture, if you prefer it more crisp/ crunchy then leave as is). #highproteinsnacks #highproteinrecipes #easyrecipes #healthyhacks #whyieatplants
