But it only led to more puffiness! What they don’t realize is that the swelling is usually not due to facial fat, but poor lymphatic drainage. So why do even face massages sometimes seem ineffective or yield minimal results? 👉🏼 what most people ignore is that these massages are just ONE part of the process You see, it’s totally possible to slim down our face by eliminating fluid buildup and muscle tension, I’m living proof of this! I’ve achieved an incredible transformation in my face (naturally!), and you can too 🫶🏽 ➡️ BUT it’s crucial to understand that these massages are a complete waste of time, unless you work on improving your posture first. 👩🏽‍🏫 Poor posture doesn’t only affect our backs, but also our faces due to the tension it creates in our back and neck muscles. Everything I soak every night for healthy hair & glowing skin ✨ I’ve been doing this daily for a while now, and honestly it’s very simple but it works when you stay consistent. 1. Saffron water (kesar) I soak 2–3 strands in water overnight and drink it in the morning. It helps with a natural glow and fresh-looking skin. 2. Soaked almonds I soak 4–5 almonds overnight, peel them in the morning and eat them. Good for hair strength and overall skin health. (Only eat them soaked, not dry if you’re following this.) 3. Chia seeds water 1 tsp chia seeds soaked overnight in water. It forms a gel by morning. Always have it soaked, never dry. 4. Fennel seeds water (saunf) I soak 1 tsp fennel seeds overnight and drink the water in the morning. It helps with digestion and that reflects on your skin. 5. Jeera water 1 tsp cumin seeds soaked overnight, then drink the water in the morning. Good for metabolism and overall health. That’s it.
