From this position balance on your toes, flexing your calves. inhale as you squat maintaining balance on your toes, exhale as you push upward. Repeat 10 to 15 repetitions. - Alt RDL: this exercise strengthens your hamstrings, glutes and back. In a wide stance, shoulders back and down. Abs tight. Hinge forward and grab a medium weight dumbbell. Using your arm as a hook, stand back up, flexing her glutes, using your hamstrings to pull your body upward. hinge back down and switch arms. 10 to 15 reps each side. - Staggered Stance RDL: exercises that mimic movements you do during your daily life helps strengthen the functional muscles. stand in a staggered stance, 1 foot in front of the other, knees, slightly bent, but locked.
