🥖🧀 Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks ✨Save this recipe for later✨ Ingredients For the Dough: 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated 2 oz cream cheese 1½ cups almond flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder 2 large eggs ¾ teaspoon salt For the Topping: 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated Fresh parsley, chopped Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. 2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth. Working quickly, add one egg and stir vigorously until fully incorporated. Add the second egg and mix until well combined. 3. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the cheese mixture, folding until a uniform dough forms. The dough will be sticky; this is normal. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Using a fork, prick the surface all over to prevent bubbling. 4.
