I used to tell myself “I’m too busy” and “it’s not the right time” and it kept me stuck for years. And if I could just be honest with you babe, if you treat everything in your life with the same principle of “it’s not a good time…” You’re going to continue to struggle with accomplishing anything. The toddler goes to school, the newborn becomes a toddler. Life does not slow down and hand you a perfect window. Every day you wait is a day you could’ve felt better, moved better, been more present for your kids..that’s the real cost of waiting. I’m 7 months pregnant with a toddler at home, building a business from my kitchen and I still make time for this. If that’s you, I want you to know something… you’re definitely not the only one. So many moms are sitting somewhere between 200 and 220 lbs postpartum thinking they just don’t have the motivation or discipline to lose the weight. But the truth is, most of the time it’s not about knowing what to do. Most of us already know we should move more, lift some weights, and prioritize protein. The real problem is sticking with it long enough to see the results. Motherhood is busy. We’re tired. The days get away from us. And when we miss a few days or a week, it feels easier to just start over “next Monday.” I’ve been there too. I started around 210 lbs postpartum after having two kids close together. Right now I’m in the 170s and still working toward my goal. The only reason that happened is because I stopped restarting and figured out how to stay consistent even on the messy, tired, normal mom days. That’s what this page is about. How to show up when you’re tired. How to stop restarting every Monday. How moms actually go from the 200s to the 170s without doing anything extreme. If you’re a mom sitting in the 200s right now and just want to see 199 again… stick around. You’re in the right place. 🫶🏼

And the version of “taking care of yourself” that worked before kids probably doesn’t fit your life right now. But guess what? It doesn’t have to look like it did before kids to still matter. Sometimes it’s a shorter workout. Sometimes it’s a walk with the stroller. Sometimes it’s simply going to bed earlier. These small things still count.
