But too many soccer players fuel like this: - Light breakfast (or none) - Long gaps without eating - Chips, candy or protein bars before kickoff - Hope adrenaline carries them Then the second half hits. Heavy legs. Slower reactions. Late mistakes. Game day performance doesn’t start at kickoff. It’s built all day, and honestly, all week.
