Ever struggled with connecting to your core & pelvic floor ? This will help you. This is powerful in so many ways 🔥 It’s been of my go-to moves for rebuilding my postpartum core, pelvic floor and hip strength since having baby Louis. Elevating the hips with a block gives you support and can help you connect more to your deep core and pelvic floor muscles ✨Move slowly and with control ✨open to a V > lower down > lift back up > close together ✨ Options : • start with 1 block or even a rolled up towel • progress to 2 blocks once you feel strong enough (took me 4 weeks to build to 2) • hold onto the block for stability, or keep your arms by your side. • little and often - try 10 times every day or every other ALWAYS listen to your body and take break whenever It switches everything on and is really effective when done consistently.
