Mais ça venait d’arriver et je me devais de vous le raconter ! Y a des gens avec un culot de dingue... Il s’agirait de comprendre qu’à partir du moment où on a la carte de stationnement y a pas à chercher + loin, surtout que je lui montre mon visage sur cette carte et l’autre me fait un signe en mode n’importe quoi. Back in my 20s, my leg days would always include the back squats. The heaviest I’ve squatted is 450lbs. Yes, I was the gym bro who kept saying: “The squat is the king of exercises.” Now that I’m in my mid-30s and playing different sports, I’m focusing on other aspects of leg day training. This includes unilateral movements, eccentric and isometric loading, plyometrics, and general lower extremity mobility. Don’t get me wrong, I still do variations of the back squat. It’s still good for developing general strength. But, there are other movements that can be beneficial to improve joint health, tendon stiffness, and general athleticism at my 30s. Ekskul PMR SMA Taman Siswa Bandar Lampung Torehkan Prestasi di Bidang Tandu Darurat EKSTRAKURIKULER ( ekskul) Palang Merah Remaja SMA Taman Siswa menorehkan prestasi membanggakan di bidang tandu darurat.  Tim Ekskul Palang Merah Remaja ( PMR) sekolah tersebut berhasil meraih Juara 1 dalam ajang lomba tandu darurat pada kegiatan AMUSE (Multiselection Student Event) Al Kautsar ke-XV tahun 2025. Kegiatan itu digelar pada 23–24 Januari 2025 di SMA Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Tak cuma berhenti di situ, pada 7–9 Februari 2025, tim PMR SMA Taman Siswa kembali menunjukkan kemampuan terbaiknya dalam Festival Skafasa 4 di SMK Farmasi Kesuma Bangsa Bandar Lampung.  Mereka berhasil membawa pulang Piala Favorit, setelah memenangkan beberapa cabang lomba sekaligus, yakni tandu darurat, perawatan keluarga, dan pertolongan pertama. Ketua PMR SMA Taman Siswa, Agrecia Astiana Gultom (17), menjelaskan bahwa semangat dan pengalaman timnya tidak datang secara instan.  Menurutnya, mereka mulai kembali aktif mengikuti lomba tandu darurat sejak tahun 2023, setelah sempat vakum selama beberapa tahun. “Tahun 2023 kami kembali ikut lomba tandu darurat di SMTI dan berhasil membawa pulang juara satu untuk kategori regu putri,” ujar Agrecia saat ditemui, Rabu (12/11/2025). Dari situlah mereka mulai berpengalaman membuat tandu darurat dan semakin bersemangat mengikuti perlombaan di sekolah lain. Agrecia menambahkan, setiap kali menghadapi lomba tandu darurat, tim PMR membutuhkan waktu 1 hingga 2 bulan untuk berlatih. Persiapan tidak hanya berfokus pada kerapihan, tetapi juga kecepatan dan ketepatan. “Selama latihan, kami biasa memanfaatkan waktu istirahat dan sepulang sekolah,” jelasnya.
