These Vegan Mozzarella Balls by @elliephoebe__ are soft, creamy, and surprisingly easy to make 🧀✨ a dairy-free twist on classic fresh mozzarella. Comment ‘RECIPE’ to have the details sent to your DMs and keep tagging #feedfeed for a chance to be featured. HOW-TO: Each ball is formed by scooping warm mozzarella into an icy saltwater brine (a bowl with water, salt, and ice), helping it set into that perfect bite-sized shape. Top tips for success: 🧀 Use a small scoop or measuring cup for even, round balls 🧀 Store them in brine to keep them fresh and flavorful longer 🧀 Make sure your recipe includes a setting agent like agar agar or carrageenan for the best texture https://open.substack.com/pub/cheesepls/p/easy-vegan-mozzarella #veganmozzarella #vegancheese #dairyfree #plantbasedrecipes

Check out my bio for a chance to win an exclusive eco-friendly prize pack that includes a one-of-a-kind ceramic plate made by an artist (similar to the one in the background of my video with the green onions!) #vegan #tofurecipes #plantbased #plantbasedrecipes #sponsored Recipe: 1 pack of Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu 1 Tbs soy sauce ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp smoked paprika 1 Tbs cornstarch Sauce: 1 Tbs soy sauce 1 Tbs rice vinegar 3 Tbs maple syrup 1 tsp sesame oil 2 cloves of garlic, minced ½ cup vegetable broth ½ tsp red pepper flakes 1 Tbs sriracha 1 Tbs cornstarch 2 Tbs water green onions, to garnish Instructions: 1. Open the Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu block and drain. Break apart the block of tofu into bite sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl. Breaking apart the tofu will help add more surface area for the cornstarch to adhere to. Coat with soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cornstarch and lightly toss. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400 F°, flipping halfway. 2. Mix the sauce together by adding soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, vegetable broth, red pepper flakes, and sriracha. 3. In a large skillet, pour the sauce and simmer on low to medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add in cornstarch slurry by mixing 1 Tbs cornstarch with 2 Tbs cold water and then adding to sauce. Mix until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes. Add the air fried tofu and adjust sauce thickness with additional water or cornstarch slurry if necessary. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.

Because it’s my husband’s favorite… so I have no choice😬😀🤭 Vegan Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Ingredients: • 1 whole cabbage For the filling: • 10 oz (280 g) cooked rice • 14 oz (400 g) mushrooms, finely chopped • 1 onion, diced • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 2 carrots, grated • Fresh parsley & dill, finely chopped • Salt & black pepper For the sauce: • 28 oz (793 g) crushed tomatoes • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 onion, diced • 2 carrots, grated • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 bay leaves • Salt & black pepper How to make: 1. Prep the cabbage: Cut out the core and boil the whole cabbage in salted water for about 3 minutes. Remove the softened leaves. Repeat until you have enough leaves. Don’t overcook - they should stay flexible, not mushy. 2. Make the filling: Sauté the onion in oil until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in carrots, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix with the cooked rice. Set aside. 3. Roll the cabbage: Trim the thick stems from cabbage leaves. Add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of filling, roll it up tightly, like a wrap. Line a baking dish with leftover cabbage leaves and arrange the cabbage rolls snugly. 4. Make the sauce: Sauté the onion until soft. Add carrots and cook for a few minutes. Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper. 5. Bake: Pour sauce over the cabbage rolls. Add bay leaves on top. Cover and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm with vegan sour cream and fresh herbs. Pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes😍 #stuffedcabbagerolls #vegancabbagerolls #cabbagerolls #vegancomfortfood #plantbasedrecipes
