डेंगू (Dengue) में प्लेटलेट्स (Platelets) कम होना सबसे बड़ी चिंता की बात होती है। इसे मेडिकल भाषा में Thrombocytopenia कहा जाता है। 1. बोन मैरो (Bone Marrow) पर हमला प्लेटलेट्स हमारे शरीर की 'हड्डियों के गूदे' (Bone Marrow) में बनते हैं। डेंगू का वायरस सीधा बोन मैरो पर हमला करता है और उसे 'सप्रेस' (Suppress) कर देता है। इसके कारण शरीर में नई प्लेटलेट्स बनने की प्रक्रिया धीमी हो जाती है। 2. प्लेटलेट्स का विनाश जब डेंगू का वायरस खून में फैलता है, तो वह स्वस्थ प्लेटलेट्स कोशिकाओं को संक्रमित कर देता है। हमारा इम्यून सिस्टम (Immune System) इन संक्रमित कोशिकाओं को दुश्मन समझकर उन पर हमला करता है और उन्हें नष्ट कर देता है। यानी हमारा अपना शरीर ही वायरस को मारने के चक्कर में प्लेटलेट्स को खत्म करने लगता है। 3. एंटीबॉडीज का गलत असर डेंगू के दौरान शरीर जो एंटीबॉडीज बनाता है, वे कभी-कभी गलती से प्लेटलेट्स से चिपक जाती हैं। इसके कारण प्लेटलेट्स आपस में चिपकने लगते हैं या शरीर उन्हें कचरा समझकर बाहर निकाल देता सावधानी और उपाय (Current Guidelines 2026): हाइड्रेशन: शरीर में पानी की कमी (Dehydration) न होने दें। पपीते के पत्ते और गिलोय: , लेकिन इन्हें डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना न लें। पेनकिलर से बचें: सिर्फ पैरासिटामोल ही सुरक्षित मानी जाती है। डॉक्टर को अपनी स्थिति विस्तार से बताना बहुत ज़रूरी है, खासकर डेंगू जैसी बीमारी में जहाँ स्थिति बहुत जल्दी बदल सकती है। डॉक्टर को क्यों बताना चाहिए, तो इसके 4 मुख्य कारण हैं: 1. आंतरिक रक्तस्राव (Internal Bleeding) का खतरा डेंगू में जब प्लेटलेट्स बहुत कम (जैसे 20,000 से नीचे) हो जाते हैं, तो शरीर के अंदर ब्लीडिंग शुरू हो सकती है। यह बाहर से नहीं दिखती, लेकिन डॉक्टर 'टोर्निकेट टेस्ट' या खून की जांच से इसका पता लगा सकते हैं। अगर आप डॉक्टर को नहीं बताते, तो यह जानलेवा हो सकता है। 2. 'क्रिटिकल फेज' की पहचान डेंगू में अक्सर बुखार उतरने के बाद असली खतरा शुरू होता है जिसे Critical Phase कहते हैं। इस समय शरीर के अंगों (जैसे लिवर या फेफड़ों) में पानी भर सकता है। डॉक्टर आपके ब्लड प्रेशर और पल्स रेट को चेक करके इस खतरे को पहले ही पहचान लेते हैं। डॉक्टर को ये बातें ज़रूर बताए अगर आपको कहीं से भी ब्लीडिंग (मसूड़ों से खून, नाक से खून या शौच में कालापन) महसूस हो रही हो। अगर आपको लगातार उल्टियां हो रही हों या पेट में तेज़ दर्द हो। अगर आपको बहुत ज़्यादा कमज़ोरी या चक्कर आ रहे हों। #dr_ram_official_5 #health #Dengue #healthylifestyle #platelets
