Yes it takes some technique and know how but I’ve learn these moves basically on my own with help here and there but when it came down to it I let my body do the work and kinda stop overthinking of each flow ima do. Primal movement is amazing it will help your flexibility but also give u an increase in full body strength in static holds or mobility movements. She takes after Mom in that respect. As a former CrossFit and USA Weightlifting certified coach, and a college scholarship swimmer, my life was all about physical training. Still is, but in a smart, scaled, age-appropriate manner 😊 Smiles can help when pushing through the discomfort of workouts.
