Here is our newly launched Cultured food “KEFIR”😍 Kefir is a potent homemade fermented probiotic beverage made by culturing milk or coconut water with “live grains”. Kefir is similar to yogurt but is considered right turning bacteria but yogurt is left turning bacteria which means that Kefir is a colony that goes inside of you & lives & gets rid of pathogens and parasites and finds a place to dominate Bacteria inside of you & become the dominant bacteria with inside of you. The best thing about Kefir is it can’t be killed by any antibiotics but yogurt which is left turning bacteria is food for bacteria & only lasts for 24 hours inside the body but kefir is much much stronger. There are 36-56 kinds of good bacteria in homemade kefir and Yogurt only has 7 kinds of good bacteria & when you start having Kefir you get all kind of properties which yogurt can’t offer. We guys only focus on having good quality protein but to digest that protein we need to have strong good bacteria in our body to digest it. Kefir is here from 1000 of years and used in ancient times for healthy life. We can make kefir yogurt, kefir cheese, kefir soda , smoothies out of it . So, let’s start fermenting❤️ #happyfermenting #happygut

Kefir is one of the cheapest and easiest things you can make for your family's gut health, and it's no trouble at all - living quietly in a jar in your fridge! A number of studies have shown how beneficial kefir is to our health both mentally and physically, and in his book "Ferment", gut health expert Tim Spector describes kefir as having 10 x more probiotic (healthy microbe) content compared to yogurt. I've been making milk kefir at home for ages. The kids pour it on their muesli, add it to smoothies, or just have a glass with a drizzle of honey. It costs next to nothing compared to the shop-bought versions, and once you've got the grains going, it basically looks after itself. In this video I walk you through the whole process: straining, rinsing the grains, bottling the kefir, and setting it up to ferment again. No faff, no special equipment beyond a Kilner jar. Save this one if you want to try it at home.

How to make Milk Kefir on repeat! Small batches (1 quart) make kefir easy to manage. 1. Add grains: Put 1 teaspoon milk kefir grains into a quart jar of milk. Stir and cover. 2. Ferment: Leave at room temperature about 24 hours. • Shorter ferment = milder, thinner kefir with more milk sugars. • Longer ferment = tangier, thicker kefir with fewer milk sugars. 3. Chill: Once thickened, place the jar in the fridge for about 2 hours to set. 4. Strain: Pour through a colander over a bowl or measuring cup. Stir gently so the kefir passes through while the grains remain. 5. Repeat: Return grains to the jar, add fresh milk, and start the next batch. 6. Store: Keep strained kefir in a jar or bottle in the refrigerator. Ways to Use Kefir • Flavor with honey, fruit, vanilla, or cinnamon • Add chia seeds and/or protein powder • Use for smoothies • Use as a base for ranch or creamy dressings • Strain through cheese cloth + add salt for a soft kefir cheese #kefir #probiotics #fermented #healthybeverage #letseatreal
