On the track- run the curves, jog the straights... the runs should feel aggressive 💪without being full out, and the jogs are at any pace you want👏, really, as long as you’re jogging. Do this for one mile (4 laps). If you don’t have access to the track, do this for 100 meter bouts, or 20 seconds running and 45 seconds jogging for 8 reps each. .
