And then I meant to post this yesterday… 🫠 Some days it doesn’t all come together. Some days it all feels hard. Some days you just need rest. Yesterday while Mari was at preschool I had lots of plans for being productive. But after wrapping up a lovely interview for @thegreatdetour podcast I just didn’t have it. I was emotionally spent from talking about my story for over an hour. Something I hadn’t expected. I beat myself up about it for a bit then decided, f*ck it, I’m just going to bake my store bought cookie dough. And I wasn’t mad about it. Neither was Mari when she got home to fresh cookies. Some days you’re super motivated. Other days you eat raw cookie dough out of the package. Some days you do both. Taking care of yourself is what matters most. #restisproductive #takecareofyourself❤️ #selfcarefirst
