High bar → push Mid bar → maintain Low bar → recover During today’s run I tried increasing my pace to see what would happen… …and the health bar started dropping in real time. Which actually makes sense, the app was detecting higher strain on my body. What I like about this idea is that it interprets the data instead of just displaying it. What I learned after 6 weeks of being “locked in” 👀🔒 🏃🏼‍♀️Running 30K+ every week (plus gym)

❌ Saying no to social plans
😴 Going to bed as early as possible 
 For me, it was half marathon training.
 For you, it might be a fat loss phase, a new job, building a business, exams, or just trying to get your routine back.
 The results were amazing. I felt strong, focused, switched on - and finishing the race in record time (for me) felt incredible🏅✨
 But here’s what it taught me.
 As much as I love a challenge and the discipline that comes with it, living in that level of structure long term felt… a little monotone 
 If we’re constantly chasing the next goal, we can end up on a hamster wheel.
Every day starts to feel like Groundhog Day.
 Because going out with my friends and having one too many Aperol Spritz…that’s wellness too.
 Resting is wellness. 

Saying yes is wellness. 
 Balance isn’t doing everything at once.

It’s knowing which season you’re in🌿

No more long runs for a while for me and that feels like relief. Instead my training focus is on getting stronger.
 Health isn’t always about performance. It’s about living.
