Yes, they accept walk-ins! If you’re as busy as I am, you’ll love the convenience of grabbing your groceries @calgarycoop while getting your flu shot. I mean you’re there anyway aren’t you? If not, here are seven simple yet effective steps to ensure a restorative night’s sleep: ✅Daily Exercise: Engage in a combo of strength training and cardio 3-4x per week. Not only does this boost your overall health, but it also aids in deeper sleep! ✅The 3-2-1 Method: - No food 3 hours before bed: Digesting requires energy. Allow your body to focus on sleep instead. - No liquids 2 hrs before bed: Minimize those midnight bathroom trips! - No screen time 1 hr before bed: Protect your eyes and mind from the blue light, which can disrupt melatonin production. ✅No Light Policy: Blackout curtains and sleep masks can be your best allies. Total darkness signals to your body that it’s time to rest, helping you fall asleep faster. ✅Keep It Cool: Setting your bedroom temperature around 18°C (or 65°F) is often cited as ideal for sleep.
