This program GETS RESULTS and these three sneaky arm moves are incorporated into some of the many full-length videos to help you tone your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and more. ✅ Like this first🔥arm exercise - around-the-worlds that really target the back and shoulders. I recommend using a lighter weight for this one (I am showing 10lbs here). ✅ Then I can’t forget the zottman curl. This gives a standard bicep curl a run for its money. This is one I tend to up a bit in weight, using 15lb dumbbells and going slow and controlled. ✅ Finally, I never skip standard bent-over rows using my heavy set! I love this for chest and back. Not sure what size weights to use for yourself? I give suggestions on light, medium, and heavy weights directly inside the Total Toned Arms program and do every workout right along with you.
