No creo que debas hacerlos todos pero si alternarlos en tu rutina #backtraining 1️⃣ Jalón con agarre ancho y supino 🎯 Impacto: Amplitud (Dorsal lateral). Al usar el agarre supino, logramos un estiramiento máximo del dorsal. Es la clave para lograr esa forma en ‘V’ que tanto buscamos. 2️⃣ Remo inclinado con mancuernas (Prono) 🎯 Impacto: Espalda alta y densidad. Al abrir los codos, el trabajo se desplaza a los trapecios y romboides. Es el ejercicio ideal para que tu espalda se vea ‘gruesa’ y potente de lado. 3️⃣ Remo en barra T (Agarre estrecho) 🎯 Impacto: Grosor central y base del dorsal. Un constructor de masa puro. El agarre neutro permite mover grandes cargas enfocando el estímulo en la parte media de la espalda. 4️⃣ Remo unilateral en máquina 🎯 Impacto: Detalle y dorsal bajo. Entrenar un lado a la vez te permite una mayor conexión mente-músculo y un recorrido más largo para trabajar esas fibras que nacen cerca de la cintura. 5️⃣ Pullover en polea con soga 🎯 Impacto: Aislamiento total del dorsal. El cierre perfecto. Aquí eliminamos la ayuda del bíceps para fatigar el dorsal por completo. ¡El ‘pump’ es de otro nivel! 🔥 Cuál de estos nunca falta en tu rutina???
