Langsung pengen banget cari resepnya sampe beli loyang yang mirip 😂. Luarnya crispy dalemnya chewy! Perfecttt kudu dimakan pas anget deh😍 BUTTER RICE CAKE yield: +- 10pcs 1 pcs Egg 50 gr Sugar 20gr Butter 210 ml Milk 120 gr Glutinous Rice Flour (Tepung Ketan) 1/2 sdt Garam (opsional) Step: 1. Tuang susu dan butter dalam panci, panaskan dengan api kecil hingga hangat saja dan butter leleh, jangan mendidih. 2. Kocok telur dan gula hingga berbusa dan sedikit pucat, tidak perlu sampai mengembang. 3. Beri sedikit garam, tuangkan campuran susu dan butter yang masih hangat, aduk merata. 4. Masukkan tepung ketan, aduk rata dengan whisk, kemudian saring adonan untuk menghindari adanya gumpalan. 5.
