Skin the Cat Amazing for deep core + shoulder strength ✨ Scale it by bending the knees, keeping the movement small, or using a box for support You go only as far as you feel comfortable. 2. Russian Toes to Rings Teaches your core to work while you move and rotate ✨ Scale it with knee raises, one leg at a time, or gentle swings Slow and controlled always beats fast. 3. Front Lever (don’t panic 😅) No one starts full. Ever. ✨ Scale it with tuck holds, bands, or just learning to hold tension It’s about feeling strong, not looking fancy. These movements meet you where you’re at. They’re scalable, confidence-building, and way more effective than endless sit-ups on the floor. Strong doesn’t have one look 💪
