Scheduling makes your social media usage intentional. Having a designated guilt-free scrolling time means I can block apps the rest of the day, knowing I can use them later. 3. Build a wind-down routine Sleep is crucial for consistent productivity. My routine is 15 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of reading. I aim for 6-8 hours per night as sometimes thatโ€™s all I can manage if Iโ€™m working long hours. Earplugs, eyemask, a cool room, and magnesium supplements help a lot. 2. Exercise ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ whether itโ€™s a lift, a run, or a walk, doing some form of exercise helps my body regulate stress, fatigue, emotions, and generally just makes me feel good. 3. Nutrition ๐Ÿฅฉ I try to eat a relatively clean, high-protein diet and avoid really starchy carbs at lunch time as I donโ€™t like feeling bloated and full in the afternoons. Hydration is also super important!! 4. Caffeine โ˜•๏ธ I got off caffeine this year and Iโ€™ve felt a material difference to my energy levels. I only drink decaf, and my body doesnโ€™t feel reliant on coffee to feel energised and I avoid the afternoon crash. 5. Breaks ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธI like to get away from my desk as much as possible so that I can reset my body and mind, particularly if Iโ€™m pulling long hours.
