Breathe. ✅ THE ROUTINE 1️⃣ Levator Scapulae: anchor target side hand under your seat, gently place your hand on the back of your head and look towards your armpit. 2️⃣ Upper Trap: anchor target side hand under your seat, gently place your hand on the side of your head and tip to the opposite side. 3️⃣ Cervical Neck Retraction: gently tuck your chin towards your neck, keeping your upper body and trunk stable 4 Shrugs: bring your shoulders towards your ears, hold for 3 seconds, release ➡️ Perform 8-10 reps or until you feel fatigued, 1-3 times per day.
