VIOur Penrith community 9D Breathwork session was something special.
A room full of men and women who chose to slow down…
to switch off from the outside world…
and actually tune into what their body has been holding.
The theme was stress & anxiety — something so many people are silently carrying right now.
And you could feel it in the room.
At the start… busy minds, tension, nervous energy.
By the end… calm, grounded, lighter.
That shift is what this work is about.
Not talking about stress.
Not pushing through it.
Actually releasing it from the body.
9D Breathwork creates a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it together.
