If you struggle with inverting/ getting stuck in the bucket, you should be doing bubkas.
If you can’t do them by yourself, grab a partner and try it again.
Step 1: swing up and get your toes to the bar. Your partner stands behind you.
Step 2: invert while your partner holds your shoulder.
Step 3: Partner gently pushes your shoulder forward (helps you drop you head and shoulders)
