To target the anterior delts, face forward and raise the cable handle straight in front of you for a deep stretch. To hit the lateral delts, turn sideways and lift the handle laterally away from your body. For the posterior delts, use a neutral grip, lean your torso slightly forward, and drive the handle out to the side in a slow, controlled motion.
