GHCheque bouncing is a criminal offense in India and you could get imprisoned for up to 2 years and would need to pay twice the amount stated in the dishonored cheque. Moreover, in Section 143A, it is quite clear that interim compensation can be given to the complainant for the issues caused due to the Cheque Bounce.

बऱ्याच लोकांची विनंती होती की ऑनलाइन PF कसा withdraw करायचा त्यावर Video बनवा. तर आजचा हा Video त्यावरच आहे. तर त्यासाठी हा वीडियो Save करुन घ्या आणि शेवटपर्यंत बघा.
१) सगळ्यात आधी तुमच्याकडे UAN आणि password असणे आवश्यक आहे.
२)त्यानंतर तुमची KYC झालेली पाहिजे.
३) आता तुम्हाला google chrome ला Search करायच आहे epfo.
४) पहिल्या site वर click करा. त्यानंतर वरती Services नाव आहे त्यावर click करायचे आहे. आणि त्यामधे for employees हा ऑप्शन Select करा.
५) आता खाली services मधे Member UAN /online Services यावर click करा.
६) आता Log in करुन घ्या तुमचा UAN आणि password टाकून.
७) Log in केल्यानंतर वरती एक menu bar दिसत असेल त्यामधे online servicesनावावर क्लिक करा.
८) त्यामधे परत claim नावावर click करा.
९) आता तुमचं बँक अकाऊंट नंबर Verify करून घ्या.
१०) नंतर process for online claim यावर click करा.
११) Select claim option वर click करा.आणि त्यामधे select करा pf Advance option.
१२) नंतर services मधे तुमची कंपनी Select करा.
१३) PF कश्यासाठी काढताय ते कारण select करा. किनी PF काढायचा आहे तो आकडा टाका.
१४) तुमचा पत्ता भरा.
१५) cheque चा photo upload करा.
१६)खाली एक बॉक्स आहे त्यावर क्लिक करा.
१७) Get Aएdhar OTP वर click करा जो OTP येईल तो तिथे भरा आणि submit करा.
तुमच्या PF ची Claim Request Submit झाली आहे १५ दिवसात तुमचा PF तुमच्या बँक खात्यात जमा होईल.
सांगितलेली माहिती आवडली असेल तर व्हिडीओला लाइक करा आणि जास्तीत जास्त लोकांना शेयर करा तुमच्या मित्रांना शेयर करा.

Converting black money to white money is easier than ever! Just book a hotel room and then cancel it - ask the hotel manager to refund the amount into your bank account or issue a cheque in your name.
Another way to convert black money to white money via hospitality industry is booking cancellations. So the politician physically goes to the hotel, books a room and pays advance and then decides to cancel it. Because the activities of the restaurant business is highly cash intensive, it makes it very easy to clean the money. There are n number of places to generate fake expenditure invoices. For instance, fake food bills, fake payment to vendors, fake tips, fake casual labor, creation of fake orders and then cancelling them for a price, buying a transport and then using that as a tool to create a lot of fake receipts. Just one thing, these fake receipts does not have an actual buyer but these will include all the indirect taxes, GSTs that needs to be paid which is still a win-win deal rather than paying penalties, taxes and fines for the black money.
