Juicy peri chicken, soft red onion and peppers, fries all tucked into soft fluffy flatbreads drizzled in perinaise 🤌🏻 such an easy recipe just throw it all in the airfryer or the oven and that’s it! 529 calories a flatbread ✅ Hit SAVE to try for yourself 📌💗 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast Tsp smoked paprika Tsp garlic granules Tsp oregano Tsp lemon juice Salt Pepper Tbsp peri sauce Red pepper thinly sliced Red onion thinly sliced 100g frozen fries (I used crispy skin on from @asda ) Shredded lettuce 2 flatbreads - I have been loving @asda own brand 40g garlic perinaise Parsley 💗Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, oregano salt and pepper rubbing in thoroughly. Brush over the lemon juice and nandos sauce before air frying on 185 degrees for 20 minutes. I used Rufus Teague Tres Chiles on the left & Diablo Limonajo on the right & tbh, idk which side tasted better🔥🔥 Bbq Chicken Flatbread Pizza Flatbread Chicken breast cut in half Bbq sauce Ranch Olive oil Red onion Mozzarella cheese Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, smoked paprika, Cajun, & garlic pepper Fresh cilantro Italian seasoning 💓Cut chicken in half & dice up into bite size pieces. Add oil to a skillet & add the chicken. Season. Once chicken is cooked through, toss in bbq sauce. 💓Brush olive oil on flatbread & then spread on your ranch. Layer with cheese, chicken, red onion, more cheese, Italian seasoning, & cilantro. 💓Bake according to package directions on flatbread. Broil for the last 2 minutes for color (optional). It takes under 20 minutes to make, is packed full of flavour, and has over 50g of protein per wrap. Let’s go: Ingredients: Serves 1 (609 calories | 54g protein per flatbread) * 1 large chicken breast (150g) * 1 red pepper * 2 garlic cloves, chopped * 1 sachet @maggi_uk shawarma spice mix * 1 @mydelikitchen flatbread * 2 tbsp natural Greek yogurt * Garnish * 1 tsp red onion, sliced * 1–2 @perellofoods pickled chillies * 1 tsp chilli powder * Drizzle olive oil * 1–2 chopped cherry tomatoes * 1–2 tsp chopped fresh mint Method 1. Add 1 tsp olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper, and half of the seasoning mix. Cook until nicely charred. 2. Add the chicken, season with salt, pepper, and the rest of the seasoning mix. Cook for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked. 3. Mango Chicken Flatbreads 😍 Another summer dinner made easy! These flatbreads are packed with flavour, high in protein and under 500 calories each 😮‍💨 they’re sweet, tangy, with a hint of spice. Best of all they’re ready in under 20 minutes 🤌🏻 ‼️ For more quick and easy meal ideas grab my cookbook “Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers” in my bio💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 250g chicken breast diced  1 tsp mild curry powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp mango chutney  1 tsp honey 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 2 flatbreads  ½ tsp black sesame seeds  Optional - extra dollop of mango chutney  Salad: ¼ cucumber finely chopped  ¼ red onion finely sliced  60g cherry tomatoes quartered  A few sprigs of fresh coriander chopped  Tsp mango chutney  Tsp lime juice Garlic lemon sauce:  60g fat free greek yoghurt  ½ tsp chopped garlic  Tsp lemon juice  Pinch of salt  💕Season the chicken with the curry powder, garam masala and garlic. Air fry at 180 degrees celsius for 12 minutes. Alternatively, pan fry. 💕Meanwhile, mix all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.  💕Mix together the mango chutney, honey and rice wine vinegar, set to one side. 💕Mix together the garlic lemon sauce and set to one side.  💕When there is a few minutes remaining on the cooking time, brush over the mango chutney. 💕Next, grill the flatbreads according to packet instructions.  💕Spread over the garlic yoghurt sauce. HIGH PROTEIN MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN WRAPS 450 CALS, 40G PROTEIN If you told the old version of me at 350lbs that I could eat food like this and lose weight, I wouldn’t have believed you. This is exactly why protein-first Mediterranean food changed everything for me. It brings on the protein, big flavor, and fills you up. Comment “BANGER” and I’ll send you my free mini protein ebook. Protein Flatbreads: 2/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour (or regular purpose flour) 2/3 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 tsp baking powder A couple generous pinches salt Avocado oil spray Sesame seeds (optional) Chicken: 1.25lb boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp sumac 1/2 tbsp oregano 1/2 tsp turmeric Juice of half a large lemon 2 tbsp tomato paste Salt & pepper Yogurt spread: 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 minced garlic clove 3–4 tbsp finely chopped parsley Juice of 1 lemon Pinch of salt & pepper Onion salad: 1/2 red onion thinly sliced 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tbsp sumac Pinch of salt 1.Add chicken to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add the spices above, lemon, and tomato paste and mix well. Let marinate 4-6 hrs then cook in a pan on medium heat for ~4 mins per side with the lid on. Remove & let rest before slicing. 2.For the flatbreads, mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Divide into 4 pieces. Lay out parchment paper on a sheet pan, spray your hands & parchment with oil, and press each portion out into flatbreads, creating small indentations with your fingers. Spray tops lightly with oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, & bake at 375F for 15-20 mins (time varies by oven). Remove and let cool slightly, then cover loosely with parchment so they stay soft. 3.Make the yogurt spread by mixing all your ingredients above. Taste and adjust. 4.For the onion salad, combine all ingredients above and let sit a few minutes to soften. 5.Assemble. Spread yogurt sauce, add tomato slices, sliced chicken, onion salad, and finish with extra sumac and enjoy. If you make it, let me know on SHREDHAPPENS.
