10 Minute Chicken Caesar Flatbreads. This is from last year but I still make these a few times a month! It’s so simple and so good. New mission, turn all of my favorite salads into flatbreads 👌🏻- - - Ingredients: 2 flatbreads of choice 2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!) 1 cup mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 1 package of caesar salad kit Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Brush the flatbreads with olive oil, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add shredded, cooked chicken on top 3. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is toasted 4. While it bakes, make the Caesar salad kit. Chop it up if it has bigger lettuce pieces, I find it easier to eat! 5. After the flatbread is done, remove from the oven and top with the Caesar salad 6. I’d 100% recommend as they are unreal 😍 also just a shoutout to @pizzaexpress for their Caesar dressing! I literally want it on everything right now 🤤🤤 545 calories & 36g protein per flatbread✨ Ingredients you need✍🏼 (This made 2) -200g chicken breast -2 flatbreads -tbsp flour -tsp garlic granules, onion granules & basil -2 tsp paprika -few sprays of fry light -salad of choice! I used lettuce, tomatoes & red onion -40ml Caesar dressing Method: 🤍mix your flour and seasonings in a bowl, then coat your chicken, I butterfly cut mine first as I find it cooks better & adds more surface area to season but that’s optional! 🤍add your chicken to your air fryer and spray with some fry light, cook on 190c for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Whilst this is cooking chop your salad 🤍add your salad to your flatbread and then slice the chicken and add on top, drizzle over some Caesar sauce And that’s it! Crispy chicken Caesar wrap toasted to golden perfection using @chosenfoods avocado oil, mayonnaise, and Caesar dressing. #ChosenPartner Ingredients For the chicken: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded to even thickness Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder Chosen foods avocado Oil for frying For the dry batter: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp corn starch Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder For the egg wash 2 eggs 1/4 cup water For the panko breadcrumbs 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp dried parsley For the Caesar sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil For the Caesar salad: 2 cup lettuce 1/2 cup chosen foods Caesar dressing 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese To assemble: 4 large tortillas Method Pat the chicken dry and lay them flat. Spray your potatoes with oil, season with salt, pepper, 1tsp garlic granules and pop into the airfryer for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees to get crispy. 2.Combine the crushed cornflakes, flour, remaining garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. 3.Dip your chicken in the egg, then the cornflake mixture.
