Try using an ice pack instead 🧊 2. Don’t OVER stretch your lower back and legs. This can irritate an already-irritated sciatic nerve. Try using a foam roller instead for more targeted muscle release. 3. Don’t try to EXERCISE/Strengthen a muscle that’s in spasm. So the biggest mistake you can make is continually stretching the leg, hoping it gets better Because a sensitive nerve does not want to be stretched, and this can prevent you from healing! So how do you fix this without stretching with the pain is? 🔑 The key here is to address sciatica at the root, which is in the low back!
