this ooey-gooey scoopable cookie pie is heavenly delicious 🍪🥧🤤 recipe: Ingredients 130g salted butter, cold and cut into chunks ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup caster sugar 1 egg ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 1½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup chocolate chips Frozen chocolate spread (for filling) Method In a bowl, add the cold butter chunks, brown sugar, and caster sugar. Whisk until combined. Add the egg, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla essence. Whisk again until everything is well mixed. Add the all-purpose flour and chocolate chips, then mix until a soft dough forms. Chill the dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6–7 equal portions. Place a scoop of frozen chocolate spread in the center of each portion and seal the dough around it. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 16–20 minutes until lightly golden. Scoop ½ teaspoon Nutella onto individual cling-wrap squares. Fold to seal and freeze until solid. (Repeat for however many Nutella stuffed cookies you plan to make.) •In a large mixing bowl, add the cold cubed butter and whisk until slightly creamy. Add the white sugar and light brown sugar, then whisk together until well combined and fluffy. •Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips or chunks. Whisk until fully incorporated. •Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix until just combined, do not overmix. •Portion the dough into 90g balls. Press a frozen Nutella piece into the centre of each dough ball, seal well, and roll into a smooth ball. •Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results). •Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). •Take any shape baking dish circle, square, rectangle anything and line it with parchment paper. Cream the butter and sugars In a bowl, cream together the butter, caster sugar, and light brown sugar. Mix just until combined and smooth — do not overmix. 2. Add wet ingredients Add the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined but do not overmix. 3. Coloca ½ cucharadita de Nutella en cada uno, envuelve y congela hasta que estén sólidos. 2️⃣ En un bowl grande, bate la mantequilla fría en cubos hasta que esté ligeramente cremosa. 3️⃣ Agrega azúcar blanca y azúcar morena. Mezcla hasta que esté bien integrado y esponjoso. 4️⃣ Incorpora los huevos, la yema y la vainilla. Mezcla bien. 5️⃣ Agrega el chocolate. 6️⃣ Añade harina, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato y sal.
