My time: 19:31 Goal time: Sub 20-25 minutes Time cap: 30 minutes Workout details+Tips On a running clock: 10 rounds, 5 reps of each movement with a minute rest in between rounds. When you finish a round, look at the clock, add a minute till you start the next round. Score is total time including the rest periods. Time ends when you finish the 10th round. Weight: (M) RX: 2x 20kg (44lbs) Scaled: 2x 16kg (35lbs) (F) RX: 2x 16kg Scaled: 2x 12kg Save, share, knock this one out this week and drop your time!
