Read caption!! Unlock the secret to retaining everything you read with this simple yet powerful method. THE 3-2-1 RECALL TECHNIQUE: Start by reading your material 3 times, verbally articulate it twice, and finally, write it down once. WHY IT’S EFFECTIVE: - Reinforces memory through varied learning styles. - Enhances understanding and long-term retention. - Encourages active engagement with the material. Ready to revolutionize your reading retention? Embrace the 3-2-1 Recall Strategy and witness your memory soar! Don’t forget to check out my comprehensive study guides! This is how transformers actually work in simple terms Let’s take a sentence “I love AI” First step is tokenization It breaks into small pieces I | love | AI Then embeddings Each word becomes a number vector so the model can understand it Then positional encoding So the model knows order “I love AI” is not the same as “AI love I” Now the most important part Self attention Each word looks at every other word “I” looks at “love” and “AI” “love” connects strongly with “AI” This is how the model understands meaning and context That’s the core idea behind every LLM Save this if you are learning AI ⸻ #machinelearning #deeplearning #ai #transformers #selfattention tokenization embeddings generativeai llm

Your brain isn’t designed to focus for 6 hours straight. But you can train it. Here’s the neuroscience. 1. Work in 90-Minute Ultradian Cycles Your brain operates in 90-120 minute cycles called ultradian rhythms. After that, focus crashes naturally. Study for 90 minutes, then take a mandatory 20-minute break. No exceptions. Fighting your biology is losing strategy. 2. Switch Tasks Every 90 Minutes (Interleaving) Staying on one subject for 6 hours causes diminishing returns. Switch to a different subject after each 90-minute block. The mental context shift keeps your brain engaged and prevents fatigue. 3. Use the Zeigarnik Effect Your brain hates unfinished tasks. Stop each study block mid-sentence or mid-problem, not at a natural endpoint. Your brain will keep the task active in the background, making it easier to start the next block. 4. Cold Water on the 90-Minute Mark When your 90-minute block ends, splash cold water on your face and neck for 30 seconds. This triggers the mammalian dive reflex, lowering your heart rate and increasing alertness for the next block. 5. Carb-Free Snacks Only Sugary snacks and heavy carbs cause blood sugar crashes that destroy focus. Eat protein, nuts, or dark chocolate during study blocks. Green tea over coffee for steady alertness without the jitters. 6. The 20-Minute Active Break Between blocks, do something physical. Walk, stretch, jumping jacks. Not scrolling. Movement increases blood flow to the brain and clears metabolic waste that builds up during deep focus. 6 hours is possible. But only if you stop fighting your brain and start working with it. Save this for your next deep study day. #NeuroscienceHacks #DeepWork #StudyLong #UltradianRhythm #BrainOptimization Focus productivity study tips 6 hours revision student life concentration brain science

Studying feels hard? That’s why it works. Most people believe repetition builds memory. Re-reading notes. Re-watching videos. Highlighting everything. But research shows the opposite. Long-term memory isn’t built by repetition — it’s built by retrieval. In repeated experiments, learners who studied once and then self-tested (even when recall felt incomplete) remembered far more months later than those who kept rereading the same material. Why? Because memory strengthens when your brain struggles to pull information out, not when it passively recognises it. That “almost remembered it” feeling? That’s learning happening. Self-testing turns studying into an anti-forgetting process. It forces the brain to rebuild information instead of just reviewing it. So if learning feels uncomfortable, frustrating, or messy — you’re doing it right. Real learning isn’t smooth. It’s effortful. And that effort is what makes it last. 🎯 STUDY LESS, learn MORE—active recall is the ultimate efficiency hack! While others grind for 8 hours reviewing the same material, you can master it in 2 hours of pure retrieval practice. Upload your notes to AI-powered tools that turn everything into instant quiz sessions, forcing your brain to work harder, not longer. One hour of testing yourself without looking beats five hours of passive reading every single time. Stop wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor and start measuring results instead of time spent. Your brain doesn’t care how long you sit at a desk—it only responds to the intensity of mental effort. Work smarter, not harder.
