At the beginning, there was no hatred.
There was only curiosity.
Evil is born by observing the light, not extinguishing it.
It studies it, measures it, understands its value—because nothing can be corrupted without first being known.
Then come the books, the sacred words, the symbols worn by time.
Evil does not destroy them: it reads them, interprets them, bends them until they bleed.
That is when faith stops protecting and starts serving.
When knowledge is complete, the body changes.
Horns grow like scars of thought, the eyes ignite with a light that seeks no forgiveness.
Evil now knows who it is.
It no longer seeks answers: it creates laws.
Seals glow in its hands, the air vibrates, matter obeys.
Power is no longer desire—it is nature.
But every form is a prison.
And so evil frees itself even from itself.
Flesh melts, the scream shatters what remains of the human, leaving only hunger for existence.
At last, it fills the cathedral without destroying it.
It doesn’t need to.
Because now evil is no longer a being.
It is a presence.
