SWBee Happy Deviled Eggs Platter 🐝
A fun and creative appetizer that turns classic deviled eggs into adorable little bees! This playful platter features creamy deviled eggs decorated with olives and cucumber wings, arranged around a fresh corn egg salad centerpiece. 🧾 Ingredients
For the Deviled Eggs
8 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Bee Decorations
1/2 cup black olives (sliced into thin strips)
8 green olives (for the bee heads)
1 small cucumber (thin slices for wings)
A few parsley leaves (for decoration)
For the Corn Egg Salad Center
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn (cooked or canned)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer eggs to cold water and let them cool completely.
2. Prepare the Deviled Egg Filling
Peel the eggs and slice them lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
3. Fill the Eggs
Spoon or pipe the creamy yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
4. Create the Bee Bodies
Place thin black olive strips across the filling to create the bee stripes.
5. Add the Bee Heads
Attach a green olive at the front of each egg to form the bee’s head.
6. Make the Wings
Cut thin cucumber slices and place two pieces on top of each egg to look like wings.
7. Prepare the Corn Egg Salad Center
In a bowl mix:
chopped boiled eggs
sweet corn
mayonnaise
green onion
salt and pepper
Mix well and shape it into a small dome in the center of a serving plate.
8. Assemble the Platter
Arrange the bee deviled eggs around the corn egg salad dome.
Decorate with parsley leaves for a fresh look.

Pink Deviled Eggs 🌸🥚🌱
A simple and colorful dish that will make any holiday table more joyful and festive!
This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 1.5 liters water
• 1 large beet
• 1 lemon
• 1 flat tsp salt
• 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
• 1 tsp mustard
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water.
2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container.
3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool.
4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely).
5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that).
6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper.
(If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.)
7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

I used 1/4 cup butterfly pea flowers, 2 cups water, and 1 tbsp vinegar.
