To save the recipe with MyRecipes, simply tap the heart icon. 🩷 Ingredients ⁃ 12 large eggs ⁃ 6 tablespoons mayonnaise ⁃ 4 teaspoons dill pickle or sweet relish ⁃ 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard ⁃ 2-4 dashes hot sauce ⁃ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more if desired Directions 1. Place 12 eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook at the barest simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour out the hot water and cover the eggs with ice-cold water. Let stand until cool enough to handle. 2. Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise with a sharp knife. Gently remove the yolks and place in a food processor (see Tip). Add 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons relish, 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard and 2 to 4 dashes hot sauce to taste; process until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons chives and pulse until just combined. 3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling into each egg white half. Just before serving, sprinkle with more chives if desired.

This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Robin’s egg blue deviled eggs- naturally dyed with cabbage :) I really loved making these because it was soo fun to watch the colors change. The cabbage water went from purple to blue, and the eggs went from a denim blue to a robins egg blue and then back to denim blue. These are super fun if you’re looking to make deviled eggs this weekend for Easter. Ingredients: 8 Hard boiled eggs 1/2 head of purple cabbage 3 cups of water, boiled For the deviled yolks: Mayo Sriracha Mustard Rice vinegar Salt + pepper to taste Chopped dill Method: 1. Hard boil and peel the eggs as you usually do and set aside. 2. Boil 3 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat. Add in the chopped cabbage and hard boiled eggs and allow it to cool completely before transferring the contents to a fridge safe container to refrigerate overnight. Make sure the eggs are fully submerged for best color. 3. The following day, remove the eggs, chop them in half and separate the yolks from the whites. 4. Pop the yolks in a mortar and pestle with Mayo, mustard, sriracha, rice vinegar, salt and pepper and grind it until it’s nice and smooth. In the video, I added the dill into the yolks but I would leave the dill out and add it in the end- it’s easier to pipe the when there aren’t small chunks in the yolk mix. 5. Place 18 eggs in a large pot and cover with cool water. 2. Bring to a boil and let them roll for about 10–12 minutes. 3. Once cooked, immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely. 4. Peel the eggs, then slice each one in half lengthwise. 5. Carefully remove all the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl. 6.
